Product usage and material safety

Our lunch boxes adopt food-grade 304stainless steel, food-contact PP，tritan and food-grade silicone. All materials are BPA-free and comply with food contact safety standards.

Stainless steel lunch boxes can hold acidic food for short-term use. Avoid long-time storage to prevent surface oxidation stains.

Stainless steel models cannot be used in microwaves. PP versions are microwave-safe with lid open. Check product page for full usage notes.

Capacity differs by model, please check product page. Most dividers can be detached to adjust inner space.

We have compact sizes for children and large-capacity models for adults, perfect for school, office and outdoor picnic.

All edges are rounded to prevent scratches, safe for kids daily use.

Cleaning, maintenance, and accessories

Most items are safe for the top rack of dishwasher. Long-term intensive high-temperature washing is not recommended. Stainless steel items tend to develop water spots after repeated dishwasher cleaning. Hand washing helps extend the service life of the products.

Water stains are normal oxidation instead of rust. Clean with citric acid or baking soda solution. Dry fully after washing.

Most product sealing rings can be completely removed for easy cleaning of food residues in gaps; it is recommended to disassemble and clean them periodically to maintain hygiene.

We operate multiple standardized production lines with stable output for regular models. The exact lead time depends on product models and order quantity. Normally, the production cycle is around 50 days after pre-production samples are confirmed and deposit is received.
